I can’t thank the whole staff enough for saving my cat Lloyd. I’m amazed they were able to give her a second chance at life. The drs, the vet techs, they were all so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Communication was great. I really appreciate you guys!

Great falls has no 24hr vet! Thankfully a 2am visit to this center was available. From the 1st call the staff was great. They were very informative and attentive. They called with updates and did a follow up check in the day after picking up our pup to make sure everything was good. For an emergency clinic I thought the price would be outrageous, but it wasn't. Good pricing, with good people who care working Thanks!

The staff was warm and friendly to us when we brought one of our kitties to them for emergency care. They were professional and caring, and dealt with our kitty's problem aptly and promptly. At each juncture of the process, they explained what needed to happen next, and gave me an estimate of the total cost before proceeding. This allows a person to decide whether it's affordable or not. Thank goodness we had the money in the bank, else my kitty may not have survived the injuries she had. Our visit there was a week ago. Our kitty is getting better daily. I'm glad we went there. Honestly, the cost of visiting there is considerable, but when the chips are down and you're out of options it's results that matter most.

My beautiful 12 year old cat 🐈⬛- Kevin- who looks just like this icon- needed to be seen. Because of my situation, I found out I needed a certain form filled out before this veterinarian visit would be payed for. Needles to say , it very much limited what they could do. The amazing people here, gave me everything they could, to help my Kevin to feel better - things I needed but really couldn’t pay for 🥺 Two cans cat food, syringe etc…. TO PUT IT IN A NUTSHELL…, I actually left their clinic with a brand new roll of paper towels so that I wouldn’t have to stop with my sick kitty in the car. As you all know…. paper towels are the BEST thing to clean up vomit…! I had used my whole roll at home! Yep——they went so above and beyond to help my baby ( AND ME!! ) feel better when we couldn’t do anything else…. Thank you Sweet Sammie. You are an Angel 👼🏻 Kevin should know that you are an Angel because he actually has an Angel on his tummy ! They took care and handled my baby with tender tender care….💜

Honestly, every time I’ve had to bring one of my dogs to your clinic, it’s been a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait long, and the care has always been prompt and kind. Just to share a quick comparison: this last time, I initially called another emergency clinic—Sentinel—just out of habit. But when I described Lucy’s symptoms, they were quite hesitant and told me I'd have to wait in the car for the entire appointment. It brought back a difficult memory of the last time I was there, when I had to sit in my car with my dog who had passed away, just waiting for someone to come to the door. I ended up leaving and coming to you all instead, and you greeted us with so much love and patience. This time with Lucy, the experience was just as wonderful. You brought us right in, and if you had any concerns about contagion, you handled them so discreetly that I never felt any less cared for. I truly appreciate that level of compassion. And the follow-up call from the doctor, who reassured me not to worry about a mass but to check for megaesophagus with our regular vet, meant the world to me.

On Sept. 4, 2025 we brought my 12 year old cat, Violet, to the center for treatment of a suspected UTI/Kidney infection. She spent a night there and we were told that she was responding well to treatment and they advised we take her home the next day. At home, she was not eating and so she returned to the center. Unfortunately, her organs began to fail and treatment was not successful. We made the difficult decision that all pet families hate to have to make. The Pet Emergency Center staff was amazing during this stressful and sad time for us. The facilities were the cleanest I have ever experienced in any Vet location. It was quiet and peaceful and the team all seemed to really care about my girl's welfare and how we were faring through the ordeal. I received regular contact while she was hospitalized and the doctor even told me he sang to her to help her with the anxiety of being at the center. We brought her littermate with us to say goodbye and the room prepared was quiet and peaceful. After Violet passed we received a sympathy card from the staff with personal messages from each team member that worked with Violet. It meant so much to us that in her last days she was surrounded by such sweet, caring, and compassionate animal lovers. We are so grateful.

Everyone was caring, kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and professional in getting stitches for my Belgian Malinois dog. Information and instructions were clear and timely. I’m comfortable and confident in any emergency pet care needed and recommend this establishment to others for such care.

Used these guys recently when my cat developed a severe infection following a run-in with another cat in the neighborhood. The service was fast and everyone was helpful and understanding. He had to be sedated for a procedure, yet it only took a little over an hour. In three days he went from death's door to catching mice again.

Our visit was super easy. We arrived believing we already knew why our best boy, Tamaki, was not feeling well. Our vet was comfortable giving me enough space to make decisions for Tam that I feel very respected as a fellow medical professional. And, thankfully, Tam was like a new dog by the time we got back home.

Amazing experience! B checked us in and was very responsive with getting our cat to the right level of care. She showed us empathy and made sure we were comfortable. The physicians were top notch, and you could tell, very dedicated to their work. Hayden, the vet technician, was so informative and knowledgeable, and described everything in great detail, and answered all our questions when our cat was being discharged. The answers we got for our cat being ill were not what we wanted to hear, he is very sick, and yet they are making this process as direct, seamless, and efficient as possible. It truly is devastating to be in this position with your pet, and I know he got the best care he could’ve possibly ever received, and hopefully on his way to recovery. Not only is the work you are all doing amazing, difficult, and exhausting, taking care of these amazing creatures; but you’re also taking care of their owners. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do!
